This wine is a wonderful blend of Rieslings grown at the steep slopes of Mosel, Saar and Ruwer. Its colour is sparkling bright yellow with a greenish hue. An aromatic blend of pineapple, peach, pear and citruses. The taste is juicy, with elegant minerality and balanced acidity.

 Livon, a family enterprise established in 1964, may be considered one of the top producers of the Friuli region in Italy. It started its operation in the most valued white wine area of Friuli, Collio that is located at the border of Italy and Slovenia. By today, the wine cellar has also expanded its property to Chianti region in Tuscany and Umbria.
Livon Pinot Grigio is made 100% of the Pinot Grigio grape variety. The wine is straw-yellow and the hints of vanilla, lime and tender white flowers can be felt in its aroma. Very elegant and well-structured Pinot Grigio with a long-lasting and pleasant aftertaste.
Wonderful with different salads, soups, risotto and poultry. Best to be drank at 12 °C.

The wine is made 100% of Grüner Veltliner grapes. With a sparkling straw-yellow colour. The aroma is rich, with elegant fruitiness and nuances of white pepper, tobacco and nuts. The taste is hearty and exciting - spicy, with a strongly concentrated fruitiness dominated by pear. Perfect balance of acidity, alcohol and fullness. Long-lasting aftertaste.
The wine is perfect with many dishes - fried fish or fish in a creamy sauce, fried meat, poultry and traditional Austrian dishes.

2011 Poggio al Tufo Rompicollo, Tommasi, Maremma Tuscany, Italy |


The Poggio al Tufo vineyards are located close to Pitigliano, a very important Etruscan town in the Tuscan Maremma and belong to the Tommasi family since 1997. The vineyard has got its name by the volcanic soils characteristic to the grapes - "poggio" means a hill, and "tufo" refers to its volcanic origin. Rompicollo is made of 60% of Sangiovese and 40% of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, its colour is intense ruby and ripe red berries can be felt in its aroma. The wine is well-structured, berryful and with a long aftertaste.
Suits well with pasta dishes in red sauce, white meat and fresh cheeses. To be served at 16-18 °C. Rompicollo has won several international awards.

Beautiful ruby-coloured wine with a slight violet shade. Hints of blueberry and blackcurrant in the aroma, supplemented by a note of mineral. Rich berryful taste. A well-balanced wine that is completed by a long-lasting velvety aftertaste.
